After moving into their new townhome, this client wanted to elevate the overall feel and fix the harsh, ineffective lighting layout. We replaced the overwhelming pot lights with warmer tones and added track and pendant lighting to create a more comfortable, layered atmosphere. New under-cabinet puck lights and kitchen task lighting improved visibility where it matters most. In the bedrooms, we installed fresh overhead fixtures, and in the master bathroom, we added LED motion-sensor strip lighting under the vanity; perfect for quiet, late-night use without waking anyone.
